Update 11/17/25

An update of sorts

I have moved across the country from the Pacific Northwest where I was living in Oregon for the past 20 years to New England, specifically in Connecticut. I am here to care take for my Dad and his wife. Easier said than done as there is a resistance under way from the 79-year-old man who sees me as his loss of independence. So I am just here to walk alongside of him, for now.

I plan to get back on the podcast and share a new season with new episodes but making sure I stay relevant to how the podcast started which is to help others by sharing my own story which includes trauma, substance abuse, physical violence, and more. On the other side, I share insights of how I navigated through the darkness to re-emerge as the Light.
